The dream of Tuscany can be dreamed of in different sizes. Some are looking for a cottage; others are searching for a family villa or even an entire estate - what all these dreams have in common: the Vision of a very personal place of longing. Our motivation is to create such places of longing together with our clients. As a planning office for architecture and design based in medieval Siena, we specialize in projects of architectural creativity, realized with a deep understanding of the existing building stock and the unique landscape of Tuscany. From complete design planning to conscientious supervision and coordination of the entire construction process until completion, without you having to be on site.
Verena Ewert graduates from Muenster, Westfalia, and to become an architect she starts her studies at the University of Architecture in Interna Duesseldorf (FHD).
After completing all the exams for the midterms, she decides to make an experience abroad to learn a new language. Italy seems like the right place and she moves to Udine for a stage in an architectural studio.
She loves Italy and knows the language, so she decides to complete her studies at the University of Architecture in Venice.
Once completed her studies with the highest score she successfully passes the bar exam to become an architect. The first step is completed so she starts working as an architect in Treviso and later move to Siena.
She registers officially as an architect in Siena and starts to work, at the beginning in another architect's studio and later on her own. She works with great passion and determination earning more and more experience. The first projects are local but in no time they grow in all of Tuscany.
She moves the studio to a new and beautiful space close to the city walls where "Spazio Venart" takes form as a collaboration with artisans and artists.
